7-Layer Dip

I received this recipe from a good friend out of a Penn State Tailgaiting cookbook. I find it to be beyond delish and wanted to share it! It is super easy and quite the crowd pleaser!


7-Layer "Tailgaiting" Dip

Ingredients
-1 container Wholly Guacamole (or you can make your own Guac)
-1 can Refried Beans
-1 Cup Mayonaise
-1 Cup Sour Cream
-1 Packet Taco Seasoning
-1 bag (8 oz. Shredded Cheese - I use Colby Jack)
-1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, sliced into quarters
-1 bunch chopped green onions
-1/2 cup sliced Black Olives

Directions
1. Spread the beans along the bottom of a 9x13 pan. (You can also use a large platter)
2. Spread the Guacamole on top of the beans.
3. Mix the Mayo, Sour Cream, and Taco Seasoning in a small bowl. Spread this mixture on top of the guacamole.
4. Sprinkle the cheese over the dip.
5. Chop the veggies and sprinkle over the cheese!
6. Serve with Tortilla Chips. Best served cold! :)
