Pizza Dips

As you may or may not know, I could spend my entire life eating dips and appetizers and be one happy girl. I have quite a few favorite go-to recipes that people know me for. Shout out to Kaitlin Gurganus and Jen Esh for introducing to these pizza dips. They are both phenomenal (people and recipes!)

White Pizza Dip

Ingredients
-1.5 envelopes of Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb & Garlic (hard to find but Walmart has it!)
-16 oz. Sour Cream
-16 oz. Ricotta Cheese
-2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
-1/2 cup chopped pepperoni slices
-1 loaf Italian Bread (for dipping) or Tortilla chips

Directions
1. In a casserole dish, combine soup mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of motz cheese, and pepperoni.
2. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
3. Bake at 350* uncovered for 30 minutes.
4. Enjoy with freshly cut bread or tortilla chips. It can also be made in the crock pot on high for 1.5-2 hours! I usually make it in the oven then transfer it to crock pot if I am in a hurry :)

(Thanks to Kaitlin for this superb recipe! Nom Nom!)

Pizza Dip

Ingredients
-8 oz. package of sliced Pepperoni
-16 oz. jar of Pizza Sauce
-1 cup of Cottage Cheese
-8 oz. package of cream cheese, at room temp.
-3 teaspoons of Italian Seasoning
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1.5 cups of Mozzarella Cheese (I also like the Italian Blend cheese)

Directions
1. Spread out pepperonis on a large plate with a papertowel under them. Microwave them for 45 seconds and blot the top and bottom to remove the greese.
2. Put pepperoni, sauce, cottage cheese, cream cheese, seasoning, and garlic cloves in a food processor and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a crock pot and place on high for 1.5 - 2 hours. Then stir in mozzarella cheese.
4. Turn to low and serve with bread or tortilla chips!

(Thanks Jen for this awesome recipe!!)
