Healthy Brownies

Healthy brownies? Do those two words even fit together in a sentence? Not entirely sure, but this is the healthiest and tastiest recipe I know of, not to mention it is super simple. Thanks to Kathy Zuccarini and her brown rice eating habits for exposing me to them. Also this recipe finally encouraged me to use our new fancy food processor, so two wins!

Healthy Brownies

Ingredients
-1 box of your favorite Brownie Mix
-1 can Black Beans

Directions
1. Rinse and puree the black beans.
2. Add the beans to the brownie mix.
3. Bake per the instructions on the brownie box.
4. Eat and enjoy (and hey go ahead and eat 2 because they are healthy - right?!)
